The Proven Inflations for Now and the Future

The realization of increased milk production should not be offset by limitations in the design of milking inflations. The ProSquare Inflations were designed with the anticipation of future improvements in milk production and the many challenges which that encompasses. In fact, ProSquare Inflations are today being used on many of the most progressive and successful dairy operations.

The rubber compound for the ProSquare Inflations was developed to provide ideal milking characteristics with outstanding longevity. The compound in combination with the unique design of each of the ProSquare Inflation models provides a gentle massage, yet firm collapse resulting in excellent teat condition and overall good udder health.

The mouthpieces were designed to provide the best possible performance for each specific version of the ProSquare Inflation. Each inflation was designed to provide good placement on the teat resulting in stable vacuum conditions without restriction of fluid flow. They were also designed to provide uncompromised performance for the life expectancy of the inflation.

The square barrel of the ProSquare Inflations has many unique features which will not only maintain excellent massaging action, but by its design provide vastly improved fluid flow. By the nature of the design of the ProSquare Inflations, they will enhance the milkout process. When the ProSquare Inflations are being used under the proper vacuum level, they will also enhance the milk removal process. The ProSquare Inflations, when used with the proper pulsation rate and ratio, will help maintain excellent teat conditioning.

The ProSquare Inflations will fit all standard milking claws. Certain milking claws having ferrules with larger or smaller outside dimensions may be accomodated by a choice of several models of the ProSquare Inflations.

As a result of the unique features in the designs of the ProSquare Inflations, many milking systems may require adjustments in the vacuum level, pulsation rate and ratio for optimum performance.
